Step 1 of 5
Were you prescribed any of the following GLP-1 drugs?
Full Eligibility Criteria
To file a claim in MDL 3163 or a related GLP-1 NAION lawsuit, you generally need to meet these requirements:
✅ GLP-1 Drug Prescription
You were prescribed Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Trulicity, or Zepbound for any reason (diabetes, weight loss, or off-label use).
✅ NAION Diagnosis
An ophthalmologist or neuro-ophthalmologist diagnosed you with NAION or sudden optic nerve-related vision loss. An MRI, visual field test, or fundus photographs may have been taken.
✅ Temporal Connection
Your NAION developed during or after your GLP-1 drug use, not before you started the medication.
✅ Within the Statute of Limitations
Your claim must be filed within your state's time limit — usually 2–3 years from the date of diagnosis or when you discovered the connection to the drug. See your state's deadline.
What Documentation Do You Need?
Start gathering these records now — your attorney will need them:
- Pharmacy records or prescription history showing GLP-1 drug use
- Ophthalmology records documenting NAION or sudden vision loss
- Eye imaging reports (fundus photos, OCT scans, visual field tests)
- Records from primary care or endocrinologist who prescribed the drug
- Insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) records
